Role of Valo Padel
Valo Padel acts solely as an Equipment Supplier. We provide structural components based on agreed-upon technical specifications.
Scope of Liability
We are not responsible for on-site installation, foundation works, or local regulatory approvals unless explicitly stated in a signed project contract. All structural load calculations must be verified by local engineering professionals.
Commercial Warranty
Valo Padel provides a comprehensive 2-year commercial warranty on the steel structures, artificial turf, and LED lighting systems. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions, provided that the installation strictly adheres to Valo Padel’s official technical guidelines and structural specifications. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation by third parties, natural disasters, failure to perform routine maintenance, or unauthorized structural modifications.
Risk of Loss
Shipping terms are governed by the agreed Incoterms in the specific commercial contract.
Payment
A 30% deposit is required to initiate production; the 70% balance is due prior to shipment.
Governing Law
Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

How many padel courts can fit into a shipping container?
To optimize your sea-freight ROI, our loading configurations are strictly calculated. A 20ft General Purpose (20GP) container fits 2 complete sets; a 40ft High Cube (40HQ) container accommodates up to 4 complete sets of our Signature Panoramic courts.
How is the tempered glass packaged to support transit safety?
We utilize heavy-duty reinforced wooden crates engineered specifically for export. Each 12mm glass panel features internal cushioning and is secured with high-tension strapping to minimize shifting and damage risk during long-haul sea freight.
What if the glass breaks during shipment or due to spontaneous explosion?
Accounting for the 0.3% spontaneous breakage rate inherent in tempered glass and the unavoidable uncertainties of international logistics, we implement a proactive risk management policy: For every two courts ordered, we include two complimentary 12mm tempered safety glass panels as standard spares. This helps reduce disruption risk for your installation schedule by unforeseen incidents.

Do you provide installation support or on-site guidance?
We provide comprehensive, step-by-step video installation guides. For large-scale developments, Valo Padel can dispatch a Professional Technical Supervisor to your site globally (dispatch fees apply).
What are the ground foundation requirements?
We recommend a 15cm thick reinforced concrete base with a 0.5% - 1% gradient for optimal water drainage. Precise footprint dimensions and layout drawings will be provided upon order confirmation.
Are the courts engineered to withstand extreme wind loads?
Yes. Constructed with 3.0mm thick heavy-duty structural steel and utilizing full-penetration welding on primary joints, our courts are specifically engineered to withstand significant wind pressure in coastal and high-wind regions.
Quality, Durability & Maintenance
How do you prevent rust in high-humidity or coastal areas?
We utilize an Architectural-Grade Fluorocarbon Polyester Coating applied via an electrostatic spraying process. This high-tech finish offers exceptional UV resistance and salt-spray corrosion performance that far exceeds standard multi-layer paints.
Will the hardware or fasteners rust over time?
We employ a premium anti-corrosion fastener system, featuring selected 304 stainless steel components. Furthermore, all welds are sealed prior to the coating process to prevent internal oxidation and rust bleeding.
Is the daily maintenance routine complicated?
Minimal maintenance is required. The structure is designed to be highly self-sustaining. Facility managers only need to perform routine turf brushing and periodic checks on hardware tension.
What is the warranty period for Valo Padel courts?
We provide a robust commercial warranty: 5 years on the steel structure, 3 years on the artificial turf, and 2 years on the LED lighting system.
Commercial Terms & Quality Verification
What is your standard lead time and payment terms?
Our standard production lead time is just 14 days. Our commercial terms are a 30% T/T deposit to initiate production, and the remaining 70% T/T balance prior to shipment.
Can we verify the quality before placing a full order?
Yes. We offer Valo Padel Sample Kits (containing 3.0mm steel, fluorocarbon coating, 304 hardware, and turf samples) for quality verification before you make a major investment.
